One Simple wish I have to make , and that is for life to be made more simple ! Trying to understand ur place in the world is not easy esp when the hours you work make it immpossible to even talk to another human being. Its hard to think straight and bounce ideas off your friends when the only people you talk to are work colleagues and the only concern the two of you have is the care and saftey of your clients.
Eventually you get to talk nto your mother . you make the tea , put the busicuits out on the plate between the two of you - cholcolate digestives its a deep converstaion after all !- youi spend the first few minutes in awkward silence , neither wanting to catch the others eye . Until finally you break and so you begin . "ma , I dont know what i am going to do with my life , I'm scared i will end up being forty still living at home , still unsure , and I need your help , what do you think I should do?" She places her cup on the coaster , looks you in the eye ,m smiles at you and says .. . . . " sure you can be whatever you want to be " and leave sthe table . That is the extent of the conversation and her advice to you.
What now, you waited weeks to get the opportunity to talk to her and this is what you get , . whats the next move???
